Help us congratulate and thank Registered Nurse Maggie for celebrating her 10 year anniversary at LRH! She's worked in our Inpatient Department before and now is in our Home Care & Hospice department. She said she loves working in Home Care & Hospice because her coworkers are like a little family and she gets to work with staff in the Inpatient Department, as well as families in the community, whether it's in their homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. We appreciate her work and dedication - thank you so much for all you do for us and our patients, Maggie! ??

Congratulations to OB Supervisor Jamie for celebrating her 5-year anniversary at LRH this month! We love it when our team members recognize and appreciate each other! Recently OB Registered Nurse Hannah (left) nominated Patient Care Supervisor Kristi (right) for a STARR Award (Striving to Achieve Remarkable Results). Hannah said Kristi was deserving of it by saying: "Kristi always goes above and beyond in her supervisor roles. As a supervisor, her shift roles and responsibilities continue to grow but Kristi always makes sure to learn these new expectations so she can help to set her staff up for success each shift. She always advocates for her staff and is always willing to do other roles. I know I can always count on her for anything when it comes to our shifts. Whether it is a tough delivery, prepping for c-sections, giving medications, or helping with admissions, I know she will be there to help if needed.
