A beautiful day for an after work picnic to celebrate our field technician’s annual shift to a four day work week. ?? ??? ?? Each summer, our field team shifts to four 10 hour days to help them beat the heat by working a bit earlier and taking a three day weekend. They resume five hour days after Labor Day. ??
