Estelle Creek is an industrial park comprised of two new construction Class A warehouse/distribution buildings we have currently under development in Irving, TX. This park is strategically located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and immediately adjacent to the DFW International Airport. The east building is available for lease with 100,500 SF of space for its next tenant. The west building is fully leased. Kaylie Virnoche, one of our amazing office property managers, represented LKWP at the NAIOP Washington State “Women Who Build Seattle” breakfast earlier this week and loved listening to a panel of female trailblazers in the Seattle Commercial Real Estate industry. ? Coriann Presser moderated as Maria Barrientos, A-P Hurd, and Lori Hill offered insights and lessons from their careers and underscored the need for strategic investment and flexibility for the future of downtown Seattle. ? Maria shared her experience leading the Seattle Storm's practice facility project, where she prioritized including women-led firms and created opportunities for often-overlooked talent. A-P and Lori discussed their journeys in overcoming industry biases and highlighted the importance of fostering a supportive culture for women. Lori noted that in her current role, colleagues hadn’t realized she was the first female executive in the company’s 135-year history—sparking important conversations that have served as true catalysts for change. ?
