Celebrating Excellence in Lake George! Thank you to our incredible members and everyone who joined us for a well-attended and memorable Annual Dinner at The Carriage House at Fort William Henry last Thursday evening. Jazz at the Lake by Lake George Arts Project was honored with the S.T.A.R. Award for over 40 years of cultural impact and supporting local tourism. Daniel Davies of Davies-Davies & Associates Real Estate, LLC received the Sapphire Award for his exceptional leadership, community service, and dedication to Lake George’s growth. The LGRCC&CVB is a member-driven, not-for-profit 501 C (6) corporation incorporated in 1952 which now comprises more than 400 members in all sectors of the business community. We are a regional chamber of commerce whose member base extends from Ticonderoga and Lake Placid in our north to Albany to the south. We represent businesses in 6 counties in New York State. Our membership calendar year runs from October 1 to September 30, however businesses and non-profit organizations can join at any time. The Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB promotes business and community growth and development by: promoting economic programs designed to strengthen and expand the income potential of all businesses within the Lake George region, promoting programs of civic, social, and cultural nature which are designed to increase the functional and aesthetic values of the community, and discovering and correcting abuses which prevent the promotion of business expansion and community growth. The Chamber is open year-round.
