In September we celebrated our colleague Shannon Shaw for 20 years at #LakeContracting!

We’re a proud sponsor of the 2024 Fun Run fundraiser for the Hajjar Elementary School in Billerica. They have a goal to raise $18,000 for student enrichment including projects such as updating the stage and installing sound systems in the cafeteria and gym. In the past, this fundraiser has contributed to big improvements to the library, playgrounds and more. The Booster Team brings a lot of fun, energy, spirit, games and prizes to the kids leading up to the fun run on September 27th. This project has a little of everything! A new management office, common area and elevator lobby, conference room, phone room, library, and observatory. The custom millwork and fireplace in the library make for a serene spot to focus while the observatory boasts gorgeous views of the main lobby and Post Office Square Park with lots of bright natural light and a luxurious space to have a meeting. Every day we are so proud of the work we do and forever thankful to the design team and the JLL management team for their trust and to our subcontractors for their support and #AttentionToDetails.
