Downtown Waterville is starting off 2025 right with a great addition to their culinary scene! Cushnoc Cantina brings tacos, beer, and a warm atmosphere to Waterville's Main Street. It was a pleasure working alongside the Cushnoc team to bring this fast-paced fit-out to life!

Making great progress at the Maine General Harold Alfond Cancer Center! Exterior work is well underway with walkways taking shape and site improvements moving along. As we push through the winter, we’re looking forward to seeing the interior come to life this spring with paint, millwork, and finishing touches that will make this space ready to serve the community.

As we welcome a new year, we're building on a meaningful milestone from last month — breaking ground on the Brunswick YMCA Early Learning Center Renovation Project! We believe every project tells a story, and this one is about more than a renovation. It’s about creating a space where children can discover, families can connect, and our community can grow stronger together. We’re excited to see this project come to life in 2025 and to continue making an impact where it matters most — right here at home.

We’re proud to share the completion of our recent project in Bangor in partnership with BangorHousing—an impactful renovation of their administrative building into a space that will bring enhanced child and resident services to the community. In association with the Boys & Girls Club of Bangor, this project was all about creating a space that supports BangorHousing’s mission of fostering growth, education, and well-being for local families. From updated classrooms to dedicated program areas, this facility will provide crucial resources to children and residents for years to come. We’re excited to share the completion of a unique project in Gardiner, where we constructed the stunning facility housing Peter Prescott's impressive classic car collection. It was a fantastic experience for our in-house crews, who rose to the challenge of creating a partial replica of a 1900's curved board racing track. Partnering with passionate collectors like Peter Prescott allows us to bring history to life in innovative ways.

Thrilled to announce the completion of Phase 1 at Brunswick Landing and excited to be already well underway with Phase 2.
