#TeamLHC spent some time in Lake Charles, LA for the first Louisiana Homeownership Think Tank workshop of 2025! Panel discussions focused on the real cost of homeownership, housing stock, the future of affordable housing, disaster preparedness, and home maintenance. The Woodring Apartments finally opens in Downtown Lake Charles! This development has 110 new multifamily units designed to weather the most catastrophic storms for mixed-income families.
