89-year-old Ms. Myrtle Tate thought all hope was lost when her refrigerator broke in her apartment. The refrigerator continued to leak requiring Ms. Tate to scoop out water from a bottom bin. On top of all of this, she didn’t have a dryer or a means of transportation. She then learned about LHC’s HARP Program. Watch this video to learn more about the program and Ms. Tate’s journey.
