In September 2023, LaForce proudly launched its first-ever Employee Resource Group (ERG), marking a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that aim to create a supportive environment aligned with the organization's values. These groups are typically formed by employees who share common characteristics, such as gender, ethnicity, or interests, and are dedicated to personal and professional development. The?Women in Construction ERG?at LaForce is a shining example of this initiative. Our mission is to build an empowering and inclusive work environment that supports and encourages employees to advance their education and leadership potential through connection, mentorship, training, and discussion.
