Lafayette Medical Approach, LLC is a leading Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) located in downtown Manhattan. We specialize in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid dependence with caring, quality treatment in a safe and comfortable environment. LMA is a CARF-accredited OASAS 822 outpatient program. Founded in 1972, LMA is still family-owned and operated and it shows; we treat both our employees and patients like family and have been privileged to do so for over 50 years.
