?? Celebrating Our Apprentices This National Apprenticeship Week! ?? ? This National Apprenticeship Week, we're excited to celebrate our apprentices who are shaping the future of LADC Highways! We're proud to shine a spotlight on two of our apprentices, Josh Sutcliffe and Danielle Kenny. ? Danielle, Case Manager, is in the last year of her apprenticeship. Here's what Danielle has to say about her apprenticeship: ? "Throughout the duration of my apprenticeship, I have gained invaluable skills and knowledge which I have applied to my workplace. Being given this opportunity and with the support of my colleagues within LADC, I have become a better version of myself both personally and professionally. I would recommend apprenticeships to anyone wanting to grow and develop!” ? Josh, Business Degree Apprentice, is in his first year. Here's what he has to say about his apprenticeship so far: ? "Since starting my apprenticeship at LADC Highways, I have been given opportunities to learn new and invaluable skills. It has pushed me out of my comfort zone and boosted my confidence, helping me to grow both professionally and personally. What a fantastic start to the year it’s been for the LADC Highways team already! ?? This week so far, the team has had some incredible highlights: ?? Onboarding another Client – we’re excited to onboard and work with another Local Authority and continue to expand our impact on the highways sector and unadopted roads. ?? Successful Case Settlement – through collaboration with a Developer, we successfully secured funds which will enable the highway works to be completed and adopted. With such a strong momentum kicking off 2025, we think we’ve earned a little treat and what better way to celebrate than with pie on National Pie Day! ??
