Ladders for Leaders NYC, Commonpoint Queens

It has been over two years since I joined Ladders for Leaders NYC, Commonpoint Queens. During this time, I've had the opportunity to participate in various internships, educational courses, travel, and networking opportunities. I've noticed that the skills you acquire in any endeavor are only as valuable as your drive and ability to continually seek out new ones or improve existing ones. Through this program, l've developed and honed a range of skills, including technical analysis, resume-building, public speaking, time management, and networking, which have prepared me for a career outside of university. As mentioned, l've also had the privilege of attending two internships at BNY Mellon where I met and learned from a plethora of amazing and talented individuals. I would like to express my gratitude to Ladders for Leaders NYC, Commonpoint Queens and especially Terri Prezio for the opportunity to be a part of this program.
