November 23, 1990, Lacrosse Unlimited was born in a 1200sq foot store in Long Island. 34 years later, we have 53 stores in 15 states. 12 hours from now at 10am on November 22nd, we will have added another historic date to our legacy by launching what is arguably the most iconic collaboration in the history of lacrosse. This moment has been two years in the making, and I firmly believe that only the incredible people who live and breathe our brand could have the determination and commitment to bring this vision to life for the sport we all love. We'd like a take a second to show our gratitude to two veterans, Rob Rimmer and Matt Farrell, who have stepped into new leadership roles earlier this week. Rob Rimmer, previously Creative Director, brings over 20 years of experience with Lacrosse Unlimited to his new role as Chief Brand Officer. Rob's dedication and creative vision have been instrumental in shaping the brand's identity, helping the company grow from a single store on Long Island to 50 locations across 14 states. Known for his insight into the sport and deep understanding of Lacrosse Unlimited’s “Always Custom” ethos, Rob has continually set the tone for the brand’s distinct voice and innovative design approach. As Chief Brand Officer, Rob will oversee the strategic direction of the Lacrosse Unlimited brand, ensuring it remains at the forefront of lacrosse culture and retail. Matt Farrell, who joined Lacrosse Unlimited nine years ago, will transition into the role of Creative Director. Over the years, Matt has been a driving force behind several of Lacrosse Unlimited's most successful design initiatives, infusing fresh, bold concepts into the company’s products and marketing materials. As Creative Director, Matt will continue to elevate the brand’s visual presence, leading creative projects that speak to the next generation of lacrosse enthusiasts and pushing the boundaries of customization and personalization. It is truly amazing to look back at the company as a whole from when they started, and to see the impact that these two individuals have made in their tenure. Congrats Matt and Rob! ?? ??

Today we remember all of the lives lost on 9/11, especially someone who was so close to our LU family. John T. Schroeder died on Sept 11, 2001 in the attack on the World Trade Center. John played at Princeton ‘92 and won a national championship with the tigers. John was a member of our Lacrosse Unlimited team and still to this day we have his jersey hung in our offices. ?? ??
