BUILDING BETTER BY PLANNING TOGETHER Our community of practice held a sold-out first event for a series focused on The Last Planner System?.? A diverse group of Owners, Designers, Contractors and Trade Partners gathered to gain insights from a panel of experienced LEAN CHAMPIONS to learn practical ways to leverage LPS planning tactics to improve scheduling, communication and accountability throughout the lifecycle of a project (Preconstruction/Design Phase through the Construction operations and beyond).
