Today at Lacher, we dedicated a day to Mental Health Awareness! ???? Kicking off the morning, we welcomed an awesome speaker from Penn Foundation to share insights on stress management, mindset, and mental health. We raised funds for Penn Foundation by donating all proceeds from our green Mental Health Awareness shirts to support their impactful work. To wind down and reconnect, we participated in a relaxing Sound Bath Meditation and got creative with some pumpkin painting! ????♀? It was a meaningful day of learning and supporting one another in prioritizing mental health. ?? #MentalHealthAwareness
