Another Australian Crypto Convention wraps up, and we must admit, this was the best edition to date (???). Over 10k attendees and a very well organised event at Sydney’s ICC. It was great to see lots of side events happening too. Our takeaways: ???? The Aussie retail audience is vibrant and thriving. Every corridor, corner, alley, stage, networking area, and even the kiosks buzzed with activity throughout the event. ????♂?Labrys stood out as the sole exhibitor in the 'dev shop' category, attracting significant interest from attendees eager to learn about our services. We're returning with strong leads and exciting opportunities to explore. ?? Growing interest in the industry: we've received numerous inquiries from professionals eager to join our team—not just developers, but also PMs, BAs, and even CTOs from non-web3 companies. This surge in enthusiasm highlights the broader appeal of the crypto workforce. With many Australian web3 startups actively hiring, we encourage passionate crypto believers to take the leap and be part of this transformative industry. We also made time to enjoy great presentations and talks such as Ben's "How to Fix your Porftolio", Pav's “Market Trends & What’s Next for Crypto” and Hashlock's "Setting the Standard in an Industry Without Standards" but most importantly our very own Joshua Roy with his presentation "From Idea to MVP: Building Your First Blockchain Product in Record Time" and participating in the "How to identify a good Dev" panel moderated by Danielle Marie. As usual, it was great to catch up with industry partners (Hashlock, Digital Economy Council of Australia (DECA) and DNM Digital) and see clients growing such as MezFi, DeStore Network, Pier Two and 1HundredX ?? Labrys opens its doors and hosts its Internship Program twice a year.
