"With the specter of the incoming Trump administration and NLRB Chair Lauren McFerran’s uncertain reconfirmation status haunting the board’s Democratic members, they may be running out of time to push out precedent-setting decisions before losing their majority."

LaborLab is fighting for a world where workers can join together free from employer coercion and intimidation.
关于我们
LaborLab is a nonprofit watchdog organization that tracks, monitors, and reports on the union-busting industry. We believe that workers have a basic and fundamental right to form a union and that anyone attempting to limit that right should be held accountable. We also believe that in order for workers to use their rights, they first need to know what those rights are. Too many don’t. In fact, a large majority of workers don't know about their legal right to build power in the workplace through unions and protected concerted activities. LaborLab fills an important informational vacuum for workers regarding the right to unionize, with a special emphasis placed on Sections 7 and 8 of the National Labor Relation Act (NLRA).

"In August, employees of Goodwill of Colorado filed a petition for a union election with United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 7R. Frustrated with low wages and poor working conditions, workers were attempting to collectively bargain for better pay and benefits. However, instead of addressing the workers’ concerns, Goodwill of Colorado launched a well-financed campaign to stop the unionization efforts."

"LaborLab has filed a new complaint against Webasto regarding evasion of the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), a law designed to protect the right of workers to organize and freely participate in union elections. The focus of this complaint is Webasto’s failure to file a 2023 LM-10 report, a requirement under federal labor laws, in connection to over $500,000 spent on anti-union activities with D&G Associates."
