November is National Native American Heritage Month. Let's honor the resilience and enduring legacy of Native American tribes. Despite generations of struggle, injustice, unfair labor conditions, and misrepresentation, Native communities continue to stand strong and fight for equity and recognition. Their courage, contributions, and commit to amplifying their voices in the pursuit of justice represent a legacy for all and their influence is woven into our history, from agricultural innovations to leadership in social and political movements. #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth #HonoringNativeCommunities

?? LCLAA STRONGLY OPPOSES HR 9495 ?? The passage of the Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act (HR 9495) in the U.S. House of Representatives sets a dangerous precedent for nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve. While this bill has not yet been signed into law, its implications threaten the ability of non-profits to advocate for justice, support vulnerable populations.
