Adapting to ChatGPT - The ChatGPT moment transformed how enterprises approach AI - Some companies shifted to "renting" foundation models - Others doubled down on building custom AI using foundation models as backbone 4. Building in Dynamic Markets - Maintaining startup agility is crucial in rapidly evolving markets - Reduced management layers to improve information flow - Leveraging AI tools internally helped them stay lean (150 people) 5.
