    Breakthrough leadership requires leaders to evolve. Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos shares his concept of “disagree and commit”. The principle of ‘Disagree and commit’ means that leaders are: 1)Willing to support and commit to decisions that they didn’t agree with in the first instance. 2)Won’t second guess or snipe at that decision after the fact. The legacy concept of leadership & teams was driven by a hierarchy which prevented the best ideas from making it into execution, if the person in the leadership role was not open to supporting an opposing idea.
