La Rocque Better Roofs - Safety Meeting 2.2.24 ? Richard Retana who’s our OSHA certified instructor came out to lead our Safety Meeting earlier this month. He’s worked with La Rocque for a few years and being bilingual makes him an effective communicator for our team. He went over safety protocol for roofing including wet slippery roofs, organic matter such as moss on roof tops and safety during the winter months to name a few topics. ? Quality roofing goes hand in hand with homeowner etiquette at La Rocque. Richard was great going over keeping driveways and lawns clear of roofing material and debris. It’s important for us to have the property safe and clean while we’re working onsite and to leave the area looking unblemished. ? ? La Rocque Better Roofs holds safety meetings every other month to ensure the wellbeing of each team member who does the work each day of getting onto the roofs doing repairs, reroofs and a host of other roofing maintenance.?
