Who are we? Friends who saw the world hurting in 2020. Our favorite small food businesses - the fabric of our communities - were unraveling. United in our shared concern for community food systems, we made a commitment: to help small food businesses flourish. To help us achieve our goal, we formed La Madrona, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We support the businesses that feed our communities. To help these small food businesses flourish, we fundraise on their behalf by organizing and promoting events to highlight their unique menus, inspired recipes, and nourishing community establishments.
