Since opening the doors of our first location in 1983, la Madeleine has grown from a single local bakery to a beloved French café concept with approximately 85 locations nationwide. Our plan is to continue growth with new cafés in our existing markets, as well as in new franchise markets. Our passion for serving handcrafted, crave-worthy country French-inspired dishes makes us a favorite with critics and guests alike. Our casual French home atmosphere and versatile menu makes us the perfect place for any meal or a special afternoon treat. La Madeleine guests are greeted with a friendly “bonjour” and an inviting ambiance where they can relax while enjoying time with friends and family. With a menu that satisfies cravings morning, noon, and night, it’s no wonder our guests keep coming back.

Recently team members from the la Madeleine Support Center in Dallas, Texas volunteered at the North Texas Food Bank. We were proud to be able to help collectively package almost 45,000 meals for North Texans facing hunger. A big merci beaucoup to the North Texas Food Bank team for allowing us to participate!

Bonjour Orlando! We're excited to announce that we're coming back to town to bring a new café to your area. This location will be owned and operated by franchisees Alvaro Diez and Madeleine Gorrin, who currently lead the operations for Pieocentral, LLC. Their newest café is slated to open in the summer of 2025, bringing even more French-cuisine fast-casual staples to Orlando. Alvaro and Madeleine joined forces in 2022, combining their expertise and innovative spirit to expand their successful restaurant concepts into the U.S. Together, they have over 30 years of experience and oversee 400+ establishments across the QSR, fast-casual, coffee shops, fine dining restaurants, and bars industries throughout the U.S., Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, and Puerto Rico.
