I am looking for a person to fill a part time admin position. It is a 20 hour/week part time position for 6 months with the potential to become a continuing part time position. This person will be working closely with me. Working for a small staff membership association means our jobs have the habit of pivoting in different directions each day as dictated by the Board of Directors and our members. Duties include but are not limited to the following. Accounting: Accounts receivable/accounts payable processing Monthly credit card expense reconciliation Monthly credit card income reconciliation Coding monthly bank statement Governance Taking meeting minutes Customer Service/Marketing Assisting with member communications Please share with your contacts who may be interested!
