In today’s #StaffSpotlight, meet La Casa Norte case manager Diamond Ransberry! Born on Chicago’s West Side and raised in Englewood, Diamond earned her B.S. in social work from Harris-Stowe State University and is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Human Services at Webster University. Shares Diamond, "I find deep fulfillment in creating pathways to stability for those experiencing housing insecurity, seeing firsthand how safe housing transforms lives. I believe that everyone deserves dignity and support during difficult transitions, and I take pride in being that crucial bridge connecting clients to resources that help rebuild their lives." Outside of work, Diamond enjoys spending time with her family (and miniature poodle Birkin), shopping, and exploring a newfound appreciation for tacos. Her go-to spot?
