Here's what she had to say: "My husband and I are very happy with La Bella of Edwardsville. From our interaction with the staff, they’re professional, organized, and work as a team caring for their residents. They express and show their high satisfaction, patience, and pride. The residents also appear comfortable, pleased with their surroundings, engaging, and well cared for. Some get together to play table games while others enjoy the outdoor patio. I met several residents smiling and socializing while on their stroll in the hallway. Previously, my mother-in-law lived alone in her home and was homebound with no longer being able to drive. Since moving to La Bella, she is showing signs of improvement. She is more alert, verbalizing better, and seems more comfortable/relaxed than when she was home alone. Lastly, I’m grateful to all the staff that introduced themselves, shared their contact details, and explained their area of care/responsibility to me. All of this was very welcoming, comforting, and shows they do try to cover all the details in their duty caring for our fragile parents and the family that loves them.
