This expanded pediatric ER and new EmPATH unit reflects our continued investment in the health and wellbeing of our community. Inova Children's ER features: ?? Specialized emergency care for children and adolescents ?? Family-friendly environment ?? A separate entrance for pediatric emergencies ?? Dedicated kid-friendly treatment rooms and waiting areas Inova EmPATH unit features: ?? Emergency care for mental health in a therapeutic, low-stimulus environment ?? Group therapy spaces and therapeutic interventions throughout the day ?? Rapid assessment, stabilization, and discharge planning, typically within 48 hours ??
