关于我们
Locally owned and independent. I walk with you through the years and through life's events to help you plan for well-suited outcomes. I provide education using whiteboard techniques to explain concepts in plain English (example the differences between a Roth IRA and a Traditional IRA) so my clients can make informed choices. In addition, I provide direction to reaching financial goals, whether it be to purchase a home, put a child through college, working toward a comfortable retirement, protecting against loss from death, disability or long-term care.. I look at the WHOLE picture and help you determine what are important concerns for you and how to handle them. In short, I build lifelong relationships! *Securities and Investment Advisory Services offered through Brokers International Financial Services, LLC, SIPC. Brokers International Financial Services, LLC and L. Lovie Wealth Management are not affiliated companies. Insurance issued through many fine carriers.

I have been working with a coach for several years and discovering on a deeper level how thought processes effect our decision making which in turn contributes to the actions we take. Underneath all of this, lies our own natural direction to guide us to the right path. We have our own compass built in. Here's an example. Have you ever wanted to buy something, and thought "Should I buy this?" Then a small voice said "Can I afford it?" or "Do I really need it ?" That could very well be our compass at work! With marketing slogans, the message that our worth is justification for the purchase, can disconnect us from our own unconscious signals. After all, "You've worked hard." Consider, will that purchase result in having to work even harder to make the payments? As a financial advisor, I have seen this scenario repeated so many times, and the debt was incurred, all because we didn't pay heed to that built in compass. Be sure to listen to that small voice and take time to hear the most important message.

In my 20 plus years of being a financial advisor, I find one of the most common roadblocks is analysis paralysis. Too often, when people are trying to plan their financial future on their own, they get lost in all the information that is available on the internet or from other sources, not realizing that strategies should come first and foremost to allow selecting the best solutions. My successful clients are the ones who took action and they did that by consulting an expert. If you feel stuck with "the next step", consider meeting with someone that can help move you forward. I offer a complimentary consultation to look at where you are and where you want to be. With guidance you can have confidence and move forward.

Do you live in the Reno area and like to ice skate? Then I have something for you. I won a prize through the hashtag #Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce and since I dont skate I wanted to share it. Whoever answers this question with the closest answer first, can have this certificate to enjoy! If you wanted to withdraw $60,000 on an annual basis from your retirement and have it last, what is an estimated amount you would need to have saved on the day you retired? Get ready, set, go! Just reply here, I will contact you if you are the closest with the answer to make arrangements to get it to you. Thanks! Good Luck!

This picture I snapped got me to thinking about seasons and what they bring about. I thought about year end preparations and then realized that it can be more than just the numbers that represent future goals and progress of the past. Just like this naked tree that is exposed by the fall season, we can look at our business structure, the base of it all, see how we have branched, what branches did well and which ones struggled admist it's environment. Sometimes the leaves of our growth and the fruit of our efforts that we enjoy can distract us from the basic structure buried deeper, out of view. This bare tree with its exposed splendor, reminded me that this season offers a time to to evolve and to be aware of our industries direction, to take that into account as we are setting our goals for the new year. With that in mind, instead of chasing our tails, following just the numbers, can we look at how we can evolve and therefore be in the forefront?

Last night while in the kitchen, through my window, I saw this painted sky. I quickly stepped out onto the deck to capture the beauty. It is like God got an urge to get out His paintbrush and paints, to make a few strokes to share for everyone to see. We should notice all the fleeting moments of beauty we are given. It can give us what we need to get through times that are challenging. We are so blessed!
