As we kick off 2025, we find ourselves reflecting on the connections, creativity, and passion that have shaped this past year. At L'Aventure, we believe that wine is not just about the land or the bottle, it's about the people who bring it to life. This year, we’re celebrating all the people that have shaped our journey and will continue to inspire our future. To set the tone for the year, we’re thrilled to release a special video featuring some of our dear friends and colleagues sharing their answer to one question: What is L’Aventure? We are thrilled to announce that today marks the release of our 2021 C?te à C?te and Estate Cuvée on La Place de Bordeaux. C?te à C?te is an homage to the Southern Rh?ne while still respecting the style of Paso Robles. The wine is seductive, fruit forward, and has a lot of pleasure. Estate Cuvée is our flagship wine and the cherry picking of our top estate fruit. It is the whole reason why Stephan left Bordeaux…to make a crazy, high-end Paso blend. Depth balance, texture, complexity, finish, everything is there. We are looking forward to seeing these two cuvées in the wild. ??

We were beyond excited to be able to host this year's Must! Charities Purpose event at the winery, and even more excited that our community of wineries and philanthropists came together to raise $2.3 Million for Must! Charities. What an amazing showing for a great cause.

2023 Les Cousins is in the works… ? A collaboration created by our owner and winemaker, Stephan Asseo, and Patrice Breton of Vice Versa in Napa Valley. Les Cousins is not just a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon—it's a blending of regions, and friendship. ???? In our day-to-day, we sometimes forget how magical the wine community can be, but it is projects like these that help us remember and really capture how creative and fun our industry is, if we let it. ?? Stay tuned for more updates as we await the release of the 3rd edition of the 2023 Les Cousins!

Thrilled to see Paso Robles featured in this spotlight! It’s always exciting to see our region and the incredible wineries around us gain well-deserved recognition. Proud to be part of such a great community.

Today, marks the release of our 2021 Optimus on La Place de Bordeaux. Optimus, a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, was the first wine to be made by the estate and serves as the introduction to our lineup. This vintage can be described as powerful and vibrant with a beautiful acidity. The wines show incredible complexity and texture and will age gracefully over the next two decades. Cote a Cote 2021 and Estate Cuvee 2021 to follow in September.
