Today, high quality wireless connections are required all the time. When connectivity and quality are poor, users are responsible for manually ARC enables route customization per customer per application in real-time, and intelligently routes traffic over the best quality network. Traffic is seamlessly shifted to 4G/5G when Wi-Fi is poor, and back to Wi-Fi when it is good. Additionally, ARC is already becoming a traffic routing solution for home and business routers and gateways. This provides optimal customer experience by freeing users from improving their own network connectivity, reducing churn and creating happier and more loyal customers. With ARC, operators can automatically route traffic over the lowest cost network (either Wi-Fi or 4G/5G). This ensures that they avoid unintended routing over more expensive facilities, enabling them to stay competitive and maintain operational efficiencies. No equipment needs to be purchased since this service lives on the ARC cloud and app.
