Our Therapeutic Vision
Kymera was founded to harness novel therapeutic approaches to revolutionize the way we treat disease. We are a pioneer in the field of targeted protein degradation, a powerful therapeutic modality that engages the body’s natural cellular recycling system to eliminate disease-causing proteins. We have worked to advance and evolve this technology, with a focus on disease targets in areas of significant patient need that can’t be meaningfully addressed by conventional medicines.

We follow a novel approach to drug development that emphasizes rational design, predictability, and a commitment to maximizing the impact of our science. Our unique target selection strategy and data-driven approach have catalyzed the development of our four clinical programs in oncology and immunology, and we continue to evolve our disease-agnostic discovery platform so that we can expand the possibilities of what we can do to improve patients’ lives.
