Just one month ago Hurricane Beryl left most of Houston with 10-14 days of no power. Today, Hurricane Debby is making its way up the east coast. Time to talk about battery backup… again! ? Texas has had over 200 weather-related major power outages since 2000, and they are increasing in frequency and duration.? While potentially difficult to quantify, there is obviously extra cost benefit (beyond the basic use case financials) of avoiding a blackout by installing PV and storage for your home or business.
