Kyle Callahan and Associates, Architecture

We are a progressive Architectural Design Practice based in Boulder, Colorado. Our project types include Single and Multi-family residences, Retail and Commercial buildings, Institutional buildings (fire stations, for example), and with Hospitality, Hotel and Resort properties. Our body of work is well founded in new building design, and also in the addition to or transformation of existing buildings. We consider ourselves to be unconstrained by any styles or periods, but root our unique designs in the wishes of our clients and the demands of / opportunities presented by each site. We have been in operation since the turn of the century. We use many of the advanced technologies to create our integrated and thorough design and construction documents. We consider sustainability in all design decisions, and in support of that endeavor, we maintain our good standing as LEED AP and Green Globes professionals, among other environmental certifications.
