This funding will be instrumental in launching the building the Bridge to K-12 Girls Leadership project, a vital initiative aimed at supporting community-based prevention programs. Our focus is on increasing positive childhood experiences for girls, helping them build the confidence, courage, and character to thrive. Over the past three months, 30 dedicated staff members engaged in an intensive professional development journey, exploring leadership styles, behaviors, and their impact on their teams. Through TLP, our Girl Scout staff delved into the essence of Transformational Leadership, emphasizing collaboration to bring visions to life. They trained to motivate and inspire teams, fostering a shared vision while staying open-minded, flexible, and attuned to individual needs and motivations.
