We’re thrilled to share the report we co-authored with MIT Community Innovators Lab (CoLab) titled “Constructing a Just Transition: MBEs and the Future of Building Decarbonization.” Recent Federal investments in the decarbonization sector have a once-in-a-generation potential to promote the growth and development of Minority-Owned Businesses/Enterprises, but only with deliberate effort. The report provides finance, business development/technical assistance providers and government with critical recommendations, innovative strategies and case studies, in order to support minority contractor success to meet the current moment in federal funding for building decarbonization services.
