?? Stay Hydrated: It’s easy to forget to drink water in the colder months, but your body still needs it! Keep a water bottle nearby and sip throughout the day. If you’re not a fan of cold water, try warm herbal teas or hot water with lemon—it’s cozy and hydrating! ?? Build Momentum with Achievable Goals: Start small! For example, instead of saying, 'I’ll exercise more,' try, 'I’ll take a 10-minute walk every day.' Every small step counts, and celebrating your wins helps keep you motivated! ?? Prioritize Mental Health: Your well-being matters. Take 5–10 minutes each day for mindfulness, like journaling, meditation, or even just deep breathing. Stay connected with friends and family—they’re your best support system! Here’s to making 2025 your healthiest year yet! ?? #NewYearNewYou #WellnessTips #StayHydrated #HealthyHabits #MentalHealthMatters – Your friends at KWB ??

? Celebrating Hope and Support for Our Community ? On October 26th, we gathered to make a difference because cancer never takes a break. With food, friends, and a spirit of resilience, Cards for a Cure brought together a community committed to helping those battling cancer. This year, we were honored to recognize Hope Witters — a cancer survivor and Executive Director of Sales & Marketing Integration at Eli Lilly and Company. Her journey and strength inspire us all. Thanks to your support, Cards for a Cure provides essential funding for uninsured cancer patients to access critical scans and treatments and assists with transportation and lodging for those traveling for care. ?? 17 years of hope and impact wouldn’t be possible without each of you. Let's continue standing together, because new diagnoses happen every day, and with your help, we can offer life-saving support to those in need. #CardsForACure #CancerSupport #HopeAndHealing #CommunityImpact
