    KURSZA is currently helping clients like Diplo, Zedd, Chainsmokers, Dillon Francis, Illenium, and more with their organic social strategy, resulting in more than 1.3 Billion views on Instagram Reels and TikTok in less than a year. "By creating authentic, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, Kursza drives meaningful engagement and long-term brand loyalty. The reception has been overwhelmingly positive, with clients seeing significant growth in followers and engagement. Artists, in particular, are turning to Kursza for their expertise in crafting tailored strategies that reflect their unique voice, making Kursza a go-to partner for building a strong online presence." Co-Founder Joseph Larkin How did Kursza grow their vertical strategy to 10+ clients month over month in such a short amount of time? Well it's important to understand how Kursza got started back in 2018. Three co-founders Joseph Larkin, James Winterhalter, and Chris "Yoder" Schroeder were touring creatives with various artists and found a lot of success. They had a lot of creators looking to tour and a lot of artists looking for creatives to tour with. They came together to start the company and wanted to help put other creators on. Initially, Kursza's tagline was "Born on tour" which they built up resulting in touring with over 100 artists since inception. They have evolved the company in many ways now working with CPG brands, B2B companies, tech companies, as well as sports leagues and teams. They have continued to evolve with the times helping artists stay relevant and ahead, one of those ways is Kursza's vertical strategy. Kursza continues to tour with around 20 artists month over month and helping them with vertical strategy since they were already out on the road with them already has been a natural fit. Most of the business came from existing clients, and the other business came from word of mouth from artists talking to others artists and referring Kursza. They other key piece was a key partnership with Daniel Bennett, owner of DX Creative. Together Daniel and Joe have build this category. So that's how Kursza has been able to grow this category so fast and as their management team, it's been a fun vertical to watch unfold and provide value for their clients.     SPRITE LIMELIGHT GLOBAL CAMPAIGN TRAILER Sprite x Take A Day Trip It was an honor for KURSZA to create this global spot for such an iconic brand - Obey Your Thirst! All Thanks to UMG for Brands + team that worked with us on this one. A few words from EP James Winterhalter on the process below: “From the beginning, this campaign was always going to be a creative puzzle to solve. KURSZA produced shoots in LA, London, and Rio where we covered intimate studio sessions and cultural immersion. It’s so important that musicians feel comfortable with the camera team they are allowing to film the personal process of making music, and that all bases are covered in international shoots to ensure a smooth production. I’m incredibly proud of the way Kursza’s production team handled these moments. Big shoutout to?Chris Heinrich?for his work in Brazil. In post we had to tell the core story of Sprite’s campaign by weaving together our own footage, along with doc footage captured by teams in China, Nigeria, and Puerto Rico, and music video clips sent by some of the best MV directors around the world. The mission was keep Sprite’s brands message at the forefront, stay true to the awesome creative direction set by the agency, and extract stories that each campaign artist was proud to share. The writing / editing process proved to be a great challenge, and exercise in collaboration, and another deep dive into storytelling.”

Our goal was to showcase the ingredients in their drink in a fun and captivating way. The Juneshine team is always a joy to work with because they embrace creativity and innovation. They're all about finding new ways to highlight their flavors and products, and they're never shy about trying something new.     Looking back on hosting our company (KURSZA) retreat this past February in Vail, CO at the New Belgium Brewing / Fat Tire house. Kursza has experienced 2x growth year over year, the last 3 consecutive years, and the team wanted to put something together where we put the computers down, the phones away, the work aside to get some reflection in, plan for the future, and just connect with one another. Obviously being a production company, they couldn't keep the camera's down and had to create a recap video. ?? Some incredible riding, design thinking exercises, planning sessions, dinners, games, and of course a bunch of fun in between. The company has experienced is best year to date yet this year, and I think this retreat was a key part of their success thus far in 2024. I'm really excited for this client to continue to grow and expand with brands, artists, sports leagues, and athletes.
