Two women leaders from Kumho Tire USA actively participated in the recent Women in the Automotive Industry Conference in Colorado Springs! Toukta Shrum (Logistics Manager) and Jessica Egerton (VP, Marketing) expanded their power of networking and opportunities to learn from others within the automotive industry. Toukta Shrum commented, "The conference promoted change and stressed the importance of businesses diversifying their talent, not only by promoting women but people of all shapes and forms and their benefits."
