The Park works toward building a more modern, resilient and diverse regional economy for Lawrence, Douglas County and the state of Kansas. A public-private partnership, the Park has four founding partners – Douglas County, the City of Lawrence, the Chamber of Lawrence and the University of Kansas.

Last Friday, KU Innovation Park hosted the first-ever Oread Angel Investors network event! We welcomed angels, VC firms, and companies for pitches and networking, topped off with a weekend of wins for the Jayhawks. Chris Rehkamp is the new Director of Business Services at KU Innovation Park and has a wealth of experience in building entrepreneurial ecosystems. This will be a great opportunity to learn about the resources and expertise offered by KU Innovation Park, including upcoming workshops and funding opportunities to support tech commercialization.
