Sergiy Kyslytsya, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Nations and a former exchange student at #KU in the early 1990s, returned to the Hill to participate in the Veterans Day wreath-laying ceremony at the Memorial Campanile and tour the Jayhawk Welcome Center. This afternoon he visits the Dole Institute of Politics, where his public presentation is expected to touch on both the lessons he learned about America while studying at KU in 1992 and ’93, as well as his work on the world stage since Russia’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
