Krieger Lewin LLP Announces Ed Kim's Departure for SDNY Executive Leadership and Welcomes Dan Noble as Partner

Our dear friend and firm co-founder Edward Y. Kim has been asked by Damian Williams, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, to return to government service as part of the SDNY executive leadership team.?We will miss Ed deeply, but can think of no one better to help lead SDNY.?With Ed’s departure, the firm is now Krieger Lewin LLP.
We are thrilled to announce that Daniel Noble will be joining Krieger Lewin LLP as a Partner.?Dan was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, where he served as Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Unit and Co-Chief of the Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit. Following that, Dan served as Senior Investigative Counsel to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), where he helped lead the House’s first impeachment inquiry relating to President Trump. During the impeachment trial of the President, Dan served as counsel to the House Managers and helped prepare the House’s case presented in the U.S. Senate.?Dan clerked for Judge Denise Cote on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Reena Raggi on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.?Dan is a graduate of Stanford University and Yale Law School.
