We run a 10-person SaaS business with a handful of products. These products have 800,000+ registered users, get 6.8+ million monthly page views, and generate millions of dollars per year. With such a small team responsible for so much, we've been relying on AI more and more to help us ideate, build, and launch FASTER. Here are the latest AI tools/processes we use... 1) We use Chatbase, powered by OpenAI o3-mini, to answer 5,000+ support chats per month. 2) We use Anthropic (Claude) to semi-automatically create, update, and manage FAQ analyzed from user chats and support tickets. We're also looking into Ariglad to better automate/manage, but haven't used it yet. 3) We use Kraftful to help organize customer feedback and learnings into a short list of features and improvements for our products. Every month, we focus on ~10 main features/projects narrowed down from 100+ monthly user requests. 3) We use ChatGPT (usually 4o) to create product specs and requirements. We've also been using Deep Research to ideate names for our new product (including checking if the .com is available). 4) We use Cursor to accelerate development —?which has helped us increase our project output by 20%+ this year. We're constantly testing and learning about new AI tools to speed up our processes, so what we're using today will likely be different in a month. To stay on top of the latest AI products, I keep an eye on LinkedIn, The Verge, Product Hunt, and TechCrunch. If you're not using AI, you're going to fall behind. Start experimenting today!
