Our NorCal team was recognized this week for the North Bay Logistics Center III, awarded for Excellence in Construction by the North Bay Business Journal! Constructed for LDK Ventures in Vacaville, CA with design by RMW architecture & interiors, the two 427,000 square foot warehouse distribution buildings were built with parking, landscaping, site improvements and utility installation, with the ability to accommodate occupancy for up to four tenants.
