    The MOST important topic in the #aec industry is not only attracting talent but retaining talent. Too much talent is leaving our industry because while most #architecture #engineering and #construction do a good job of leadership development for traditional career paths, they lack coaching along non-traditional career paths, like innovation, digital design, VDC etc. and now AI. This program is designed to change that! This was created due to the number of people that have reached out and ask “how did you go from Civil Engineering to Tech Founder to VC?” My answer, I plotted my own course with great mentors.     We're rolling out the Early & Mid-Career Mastermind Program now because the AEC industry has no shortage of knowledge, but the challenge for early professionals is the lack of resources to learn and grow through alternative and innovative paths. KP Reddy is giving back to the industry that he grew up in by offering the opportunity for early to mid-career AEC professionals to gain wisdom from more senior-level members and each other. Every month, KP and Jeff Echols will host virtual meetings where participants will have direct access to mentors and a network of senior innovation leaders to advance their growth. We'll discuss industry challenges, innovation, and career progression. It's an excellent opportunity for newer industry professionals or those interested in an "alternative" career path.
