One of our core services at KOSO is to provide role vacancy support to the Tribes we serve. This allows us to work with and support great teams across Indian Country. Our primary focus when providing role vacancy support is to build the internal capacity of the teams we work with through mentorship, training, and providing opportunities to network with other professionals in Indian Country. Four members from my LCO Accounting Team came prepared to represent their Nation at #NAFOAFall24. We are truly blessed to build relationships and work alongside such great people while serving Indian Country.
