Korellis was honored to take part in the National Women in Roofing's Pack the Pantry Food Drive, hosted by Raincoat Roofing in Broadview, IL! Donations were collected to support Almost Home Chicago, a compassionate organization focused on uplifting our community’s homeless, food insecure, and those facing addiction. Almost Home Chicago’s mission provides food, clothing, job support, mental health services, harm reduction, and more to people who need it most, offering them hope and reminding them they are valued and supported. A huge thank you to our team members Debbie Wargo, Office Coordinator, and Meredith Moran-Prium, Assistant Service Manager and NWIR Sponsorship Chair, who represented Korellis in this meaningful initiative.

Our new Project Manager, Gina Bol, recently participated in a hands-on event hosted by @CRCA’s Chicagoland Women in Roofing (CWIR) and Carlisle Construction Materials at Bone Dry Roofing Company. The event offered an inside look at Carlisle’s latest innovations for low-slope roofing, emphasizing technology designed to streamline installations and boost productivity. Gina explored a range of solutions, including ReadyFlash technology for better adhesive control, easy-to-remove APEEL and Seamshield films that keep surfaces residue-free, and a versatile lineup of single-ply roll sizes like the 12’ SAT TPO, ideal for installations with challenging conditions. Korellis values our partnership with CWIR and opportunities like this that advance knowledge, connect industry professionals, and strengthen the expertise of our team. Korellis had the honor of assisting St. Iakovos Greek Orthodox Church, in Valparaiso, Indiana, in the construction of their beautiful new church building, with contributions from our roofers, carpenters, and sheet metal workers. We were also invited to help raise and set the crosses, a meaningful milestone in bringing this vision to life. The blessing ceremony, filled with a powerful sense of community, highlighted the importance of every step in creating a place of worship. We’re proud to have been part of this vision and are deeply grateful to the St. Iakovos Parish Family for trusting us with such an important project.
