Actionopolis is the brainchild of publisher Shannon Eric Denton, who has years of experience with companies such as Cartoon Network, Warner Brothers, Disney, Sony, ToyBiz, Marvel Entertainment, FoxKids, DC Comics and Nickelodeon. The first books in the line of books arrived in book stores and libraries in 2006 as handsome, hardcover editions and were all critically-acclaimed.
