🏇🏽💚KolKay Electric’s Annual Company Party at Emerald Downs – A Winning Experience! 🏇🏽💚 What an amazing time we had at KolKay Electric’s Annual Company Party, hosted at the stunning Emerald Downs! This year, we brought the excitement with mock horse racing, where colleagues had a blast betting on their favorite “horses” and cheering each other on. We also got to recognize the employees who help KolKay thrive this past year. A big thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun, and a special shoutout to Emerald Downs for being the perfect venue to host our celebration. It’s always great to step away from work and create lasting memories with the team! Looking forward to making next year even bigger and better! 🏆

Yesterday, KolKay held our Q4 Foreman Meeting, kicking off with a taco bar from a local food truck. Afterward, we shared important company updates and received a valuable session from Stop Claims Corp. on the proper response to workplace injuries. A big thank you to all our Foremen for taking time out of your busy schedules to attend and participate!

KolKay had the pleasure of celebrating the holiday season with the Puget Sound Chapter, NECA. Filled with drinks, laughter, and meaningful connections, we want to extend our gratitude to everyone who hosted this wonderful event. Today Kolkay took on the Enumclaw community ; which our local office is located. We passed out candy and shared many laughs with the community. Happy Halloween from Kolkay!

KolKay is proud to sponsor several kids attending the King County Fair! These young participants have worked hard raising hogs that will be auctioned off this Sunday. We appreciate their dedication and are excited to support these local youth development programs!

Last week, KolKay had Amanda King come and work with our Foreman on leadership training and continuous development for field leaders. We'd like to thank Amanda for her efforts in continuing education off-site, which contributes to creating the best environment on-site.
