What is a great relationship built on? It isn’t built on tolerance—it thrives on APPRECIATION. One half might be the planning and structure person, while the other thrives in solving problems on the fly. Don't take these strengths for granted. Cherish them—because they ultimately create balance ? #DoMoreMoreNaturally

How My 4 in Fact Finder Adjusts to My Wife’s 7 in Fact Finder ??? Anytime we start a project or plan a trip, the difference in how we process information really shows. My wife? She gathers all the details. ???? ? What’s the weather like each day? ? What time are we leaving? ? What’s the best route, backup plan, and the plan after that? Me? We’re going in the spring, so I’ll pack warm clothes and bring one jacket for the plane. Done. ???? She thrives on deep research. I thrive on quick decisions. Neither approach is “right” or “wrong”—but knowing how we instinctively operate helps us work together without frustration. In business, partnerships, or even planning a vacation, understanding how others process information makes everything smoother. Have you ever noticed these differences in your relationships or team? #StrengthsBasedLiving #Kolbe #DecisionMaking #Entrepreneurship #PersonalGrowth

How I Leverage My 3 in Follow Thru to Manage my Week ? Traditional time management hacks never seemed t work for me. Schedules, time blocking, rigid plans—I'd set them and found myself constantly adjusting or abandoning them. ?? Then I realized: My Strength isn't following a set structure, it's about adapting. With a 3 in Follow Thru, I don't thrive on detailed plans—I thrive on maneuvering obstacles, pivoting quickly, and staying flexible while keeping momentum. Here's how I make it work: ?? Prioritize the Outcome/Result vs When to do tasks—I focus on the key results and adjust as I go. ?? Build Time Gaps—I leave space between meetings/time set aside to complete tasks, specifically allowing me to adjust if needed. ?? Leverage Quick Execution—I don't over plan, start moving, and refine along the way. ?? Use systems but don't get trapped by them—I create loose frameworks instead of step-by-step process. - i.e. Knowing I need to prospect, in the morning I create a 25-minute uninterrupted block to...(build a list, call, etc.) Time management isn't one-size-fits-all. The key is understanding how You naturally operate and designing a system that works with your instincts, not against them. How do you manage your time in a way that plays to your strengths? #TimeManagement #Productivity #StrengthsBasedLeadership #Entrepreneurship #Adaptability

You may be crushing it at work, but at what cost? Are you feeling successful but also drained? You’re not alone. Over achievers often adapt to work in ways that go against their natural strengths—and they do it well. But over time, forcing yourself to work against your instincts leads to burnout, frustration, and feeling unfulfilled. The good news? You don’t have to change who you are to succeed. When you align your work with your innate strengths, you can achieve more with less stress—and actually enjoy the process. Doing more with less stress? Sign us up! #DoMoreMoreNaturally
