This week, the New York Times shed light on the ?????????????? ???????????????????? ?????????????? ???????????????? in our country, which continues to get worse with increased teacher absences since the pandemic.? Schools nationwide are grappling with the challenge of finding qualified substitutes, leading to disruptions for students and educators. At Kokua, we've always championed the invaluable role of substitutes in our communities. Over the past few years, we’ve seen the pandemic amplify challenges in our education system.
